Member Services Representative (Customer Service)
About The Position
Bartlett Electric Cooperative is seeking a dedicated and caring candidate for our Member Services Representative position. As a Member Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, assisting with account needs, answering questions, processing payments, and helping deliver the outstanding service our members expect. This position is located in our Bartlett, TX office (in person, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM). Bartlett Electric Cooperative has been in operation since 1936 and we are proud to be the first REA project energized in Texas and the nation. BEC played an important role in the modernization of the rural farms served by the cooperative, and we continue to be dedicated to providing quality service at the most economical price. Our service area includes areas of Bell, Burleson, Lee, Milam and Williamson counties.
