Member Services Representative
About The Position
The Member Services Representative plays a key support role in creating an exceptional member experience while assisting with the daily operations of the Longevity Club. Responsibilities include providing outstanding member care, supporting the Member Services Manager, promoting and selling retail, managing Mindbody scheduling and accounts, completing administrative tasks, and helping maintain a welcoming, organized, and clean environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, proactive, and solution-oriented. They communicate effectively, work with a sense of urgency, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and collaborate well with the team. They take initiative, respond thoughtfully to member needs, and represent Longevity Club with professionalism and care while supporting the club's overall success.

Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years previous experience in hospitality or member services
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Sales experience
- Exceptional customer service
