You will be responsible for addressing diverse inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about programs and offerings, assisting with administrative processes such as registration or scheduling, and actively working to resolve any concerns or issues that may arise. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who engages with our center. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate outstanding customer service capabilities, including strong active listening, clear verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
