About The Position
Government Membership Services supports all of HealthPartners members who are enrolled in Medicare Insurance. Reps take between 50-70 calls/day (8-10/hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan. Questions often are regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, deductibles, etc. This is a work from home position, but candidates must live within 1 hour of Bloomington, MN to pick up equipment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of healthcare insurance CSR experience
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from insurance members regarding their medical insurance, billing or coverage questions.
- Address member inquiries regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, and deductibles.
