About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional experiences to our members and guests. In this role, you will engage with customers, promote club services, and contribute to the growth and retention of our membership base.

Requirements

  • At least one year in a customer service role.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personable.
  • Strong ability to multitask, self-direct, and achieve goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished phone manner.
  • Capable of connecting with, inspiring, and motivating others.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring member satisfaction.
  • Conduct personalized site tours for potential members, showcasing club features and benefits.
  • Create awareness of the Center through community outreach and engagement activities.
  • Promote club services to new and prospective members to grow profit centers.
  • Support membership retention efforts by fostering strong member engagement and relationships.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team and overall operations.
