About The Position
Bulkley Valley Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Services Representative to join their dynamic team. This role involves processing member transactions (cash and non-cash), responding to member inquiries via various channels, and building member relationships. The representative will provide financial advice, analyze member needs to recommend suitable products and services, and identify opportunities to promote credit union offerings, referring to other staff when necessary. Responsibilities
- Processing routine cash and non-cash related member transactions
- Responding to member requests via telephone, electronic and digital channels
- Building and managing relationships with members
- Providing trusted financial advice to members
- Analyzing member needs and assisting members to utilize the product or service which best meets those needs by outlining benefits and alternatives and advising on the best match
- Recognizing member opportunities and taking appropriate actions to promote credit union products and services
- Referring to other staff where appropriate
