The Member Services Representative is responsible for a wide range of credit union services, including opening, closing, and maintaining various types of accounts, such as standard credit union accounts and Individual Retirement Accounts. This role involves assisting members with a variety of credit union products and services, including legal accounts, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and other online platforms. Key duties also include processing financial transactions like wire transfers, stop payments, travel notices, address changes, and check orders. Additionally, the representative will originate, process, and close consumer loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance, answer general loan questions, and process credit card applications. Other related duties may be assigned.
