This role involves providing outstanding member service, performing financial transactions, recommending products, resolving issues, ensuring compliance, and supporting branch operations.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent; with three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding member service and maintain high satisfaction scores
Perform accurate and efficient financial transactions in person and by phone
Identify and recommend products or services to improve members’ financial well-being
Meet or exceed sales and performance goals
Resolve member issues promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulations
Support daily branch operations, including opening and closing activities as needed
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
