The Member Services Rep Front Desk is responsible for performing duties to the best of their abilities during their assigned work shift. This role involves maintaining club cleanliness and atmosphere, staying proficient in the Planet Fitness mobile app, and ensuring all proper training is completed for safe and efficient operation. The representative will conduct regular audits to ensure the club is presentable and meets Excel standards, perform club walkarounds, and complete assigned cleaning tasks. They will also be responsible for auditing and balancing cash drawers daily, inputting and updating member information, ensuring members adhere to company policies, and providing a safe and secure environment. A key aspect of the role is communicating with members to create a high level of member service, stocking retail and janitorial items, and resolving day-to-day member issues. The position also involves auditing club inventory, staying up-to-date on certifications and training, participating in team meetings, and assisting with membership promotions and operational strategies. Additionally, the representative ensures the club complies with all state and federal laws and insurance requirements, operates and assists members with various amenities, and may represent the company at community events.
