Key responsibilities include greeting and welcoming members and guests upon their arrival at the JCC or Health and Wellness Area, confirming membership status, accurately managing point-of-sale transactions, and responding to inquiries both in person and over the phone. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with teammates and cross-departmental partners. The ideal candidate should possess a friendly and easy-going personality, be capable of providing excellent and efficient customer service, handle complaints professionally, and provide accurate information about the Center, its events, and programming. Strong computer skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential.
