The Member Services team ensures the best possible member and guest satisfaction through a welcoming, friendly, and positive manner. They greet and welcome both members and guests as they enter the JCC (or Health and Wellness Area); confirm membership status; accurately manage point-of-sale transactions; respond in person and over the phone to member and guest inquiries; and communicate and work well with teammates and cross-departmental partners. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while providing an excellent and efficient customer service experience. You should be comfortable dealing with complaints and be able to give accurate information about the Center, events, and programming. A customer-oriented approach is essential in addition to strong computer skills.
