Requirements

• 2-3 years customer service and sales experience in a retail environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• TICO certification completion or working towards/ willing to complete
• Available to work flexible store operation hours

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Sell Memberships and merchandise.
• Make car rental reservations.
• Take passport photos.
• Issue International Driving permits.
• Educate and provide Travel Insurance options to our Members.
