This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: “Project Name”, set outside of “closest and largest recognizable city/state”. “Project Name” is seeking a Member Services Coordinator to join the Member Services Department. The Member Services Coordinator is the initial point-of-contact for members and their guests, and is responsible for providing exceptional experiences, communication, and memories for members, guests, and prospects throughout their time at the Club. The Member Services Coordinator will assist with greetings, reservations, and overall member experience and satisfaction. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.
