Under the supervision of the Member Services Manager, the Member Services Assistant provides follow-up calls and mailings to members regarding previous appointments, fulfills member requests, and answers a high volume of internal calls. This position involves creating internal requests for further follow-up as needed and is responsible for adding accurate notes for future follow-up by Signify Health and/or Health Plans. The assistant works diligently to meet department goals. The Signify Health Member Services department operates 6 days a week, 11 hours per day, with shifts potentially including weekend days (Saturday) and traditional weekdays (Monday-Friday).
