Processes return purchase order credits from vendors (RMPOs).  Researches and resolves discrepancies in quantity and pricing on non-stock items.

Requirements

• Two-year business/trade degree or the equivalent in work experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• Good working knowledge of PC for Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Internet, email and SAP software preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication reading skills.
• Ability to effectively plan and organize.
• Excellent customer service skills include being competent, accurate, responsive, and engaged.

Nice To Haves

• Prior electrical distribution experience with good knowledge of electrical products or systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes customer returns, oversees damage and defective inventory returns, while being the branch lead for CMI-VMI.
• Processes return purchase order credits from vendors (RMPOs).
• Researches and resolves discrepancies in quantity and pricing on non-stock items.
• Oversees cash deposits for branch and branch cash box accuracy.
• Informs proper departments of inventory discrepancies and other inventory problems or concerns.
• May assist in providing customer service functions, including but not limited to answering phones, expediting, and resolving customer service issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or designate.
