Requirements

Strong customer service experience.
Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
Comfortable handling phone-based interactions throughout the day.
Experience in hospitality, retail, banking, healthcare administration, call centers, insurance, education, or other service-oriented industries is highly transferable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

Insurance or claims experience is preferred but not required.
