About The Position

The Member Service Specialist provides exceptional service by assisting members with transactions, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently across multiple channels, including in-branch, online, and over the phone. This role focuses on troubleshooting account concerns, promoting products and services, and fostering strong, lasting relationships with members.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Provide support for online and mobile banking issues, guiding members through troubleshooting steps.
• Respond promptly to phone and digital inquiries, resolving account-related questions and concerns.
• Educate members on banking products, services, and digital tools to enhance their financial experience.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen member relationships and refer products or services that meet their needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate member records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations and exceptional member satisfaction.
