Requirements

  • A post secondary diploma from an accredited College or University or a minimum of 2 years of cash handling, retail and/or customer service experience.
  • A positive attitude
  • An appetite for continuous learning
  • A desire to help others maintain and reach their financial goals.
  • Must be bondable (Criminal Record and Credit Checks required)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial transactions for members on our frontline, such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, wires, and transfers
  • Assist members with our digital banking options, such as online banking, eTransfers and our Mobile app
  • Proactively develop strong relationships with our members by understanding where they are in their financial life cycle
  • Educate members on the products and services that are best suited to their current financial situation
  • Refer more complex financial needs to our expert team of Member Advisors
