Requirements

A post secondary diploma from an accredited College or University or a minimum of 2 years of cash handling, retail and/or customer service experience.
A positive attitude
An appetite for continuous learning
A desire to help others maintain and reach their financial goals.
Must be bondable (Criminal Record and Credit Checks required)

Responsibilities

Conduct financial transactions for members on our frontline, such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, wires, and transfers
Assist members with our digital banking options, such as online banking, eTransfers and our Mobile app
Proactively develop strong relationships with our members by understanding where they are in their financial life cycle
Educate members on the products and services that are best suited to their current financial situation
Refer more complex financial needs to our expert team of Member Advisors
