About The Position

Interior Federal Credit Union is seeking friendly, knowledgeable, and service-driven Member Service Representatives for full-time or part-time opportunities. In this role, you'll assist members with their financial needs, process transactions, open accounts, support loan applications, and provide solutions that help members achieve their financial goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Three to five years of similar or related customer service, banking, financial services, or retail experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the Internet
• Familiarity with mobile apps, online banking, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests through multiple communication channels.
• Open new accounts, process account maintenance requests, and support loan application activities.
• Resolve member concerns professionally while delivering exceptional service and building strong member relationships.
• Promote and educate members on Credit Union products and services while ensuring compliance with all Credit Union policies and regulations.
