Requirements

  • Strong critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A team-centered mentality.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a specific need.

Nice To Haves

  • Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred, but we can teach this too!
  • Bilingual premium for this role is available for employees who regularly use their language skills to assist members (proficiency testing required).

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service and build impactful and lasting relationships with members and fellow Advians.
  • Change lives by proactively helping members achieve their financial goals.
  • Answer member's questions and service their accounts.
  • Utilize natural curiosity to actively listen and uncover needs, recommending products and services that will best benefit their individual financial needs.
  • Assist in outbound calls to engage members to ensure they are aware of the many advantages Advia can offer.
