Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Six months to two years of similar or related experience with delivering exceptional service while exhibiting empathy, patience and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with multitasking and building relationships; interactions with members and coworkers often rely on confidentiality and discretion, as well as demonstration of conflict anticipation and resolution, tactful delivery, and good listening skills.
• Professional appearance and manner, as well as punctuality.
• Must be able to lift 10 pounds
• Employees will be expected to sit, stand, stoop, and walk while performing the duties of this job.
• Interactions with members and coworkers include telephone and some video calls, in addition to in-person interfacing.
• Complete a background check before being hired.

Responsibilities

• Performs member servicing by using several computerized systems for member verification
• Gathers relevant information to complete transactions efficiently
• Assists members in managing their accounts and addressing their needs
• Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintains a positive, confident, friendly and professional attitude and appearance
• Continually develops subject matter expertise, keeps pace with changes in products and services
• Completes and adheres to annual training regarding BSA/AML compliance
• Completes periodic training pertaining to updates in policies and procedures
