Member Service Representative
About The Position
The primary role of a Member Service Representative (MSR) at MidSouth Community FCU is to assist members by offering products and services that would improve the members' financial lives and provide world-class member service to our members. Our branch in Milledgeville, GA consists of teams led by the Branch Manager. Our departments can be busy environments, processing requested financial transactions, resolving problems, and answering questions covering the spectrum of MidSouth products and services. As a Member Service Representative, you would also have the responsibility of educating the members of products and services.
Requirements
- Six months to one year of similar or related experience.
- A high school education or GED.
- Ability to learn and perfect the MSR job function as well as MSCFCU products and services.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 1 year of cash-handling experience preferred.
- Experience in a financial institution or customer/member-facing role requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adaptable to change.
- Willing to see a task through from beginning to end.
- Able to effectively balance priorities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy to all members.
