Temporary Member Service Representative - Binghamton, NY
About The Position
Visions Federal Credit Union is looking for Temporary Member Service Representatives to join our branch team in Binghamton, NY. In this frontline role, you’ll help create a positive member experience by assisting with everyday transactions, providing friendly and professional service, and supporting members with accuracy, care, and attention to detail. This is a temporary, full-time position, 40 hours per week. Regular shifts include Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with rotating Saturday shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The compensation is $17.30 per hour. The role is on-site at our Binghamton East Branch located at 495 Court St., Binghamton, NY.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office programs and standard office equipment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and service skills.
- Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to perform basic math functions.
- Commitment to following credit union policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Previous teller, cash handling, customer service, or member service experience is a plus.
