About The Position

Visions Federal Credit Union is looking for Temporary Member Service Representatives to join our branch team in Elmira, NY. In this frontline role, you’ll help create a positive member experience by assisting with everyday transactions, providing friendly and professional service, and supporting members with accuracy, care, and attention to detail. This is a temporary, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Regular shifts include Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with rotating Saturday shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The role is on-site at our Ithaca Branch, with potential coverage at our Spencer & Cortland Branches as needed. Visions Federal Credit Union will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization or offer any immigration-related support for this position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office programs and standard office equipment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and service skills.
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to perform basic math functions.
• Commitment to following credit union policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Previous teller, cash handling, customer service, or member service experience is a plus.
