About The Position
Saco Valley Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative to provide welcoming, professional, and reliable service to its members. This position can be either a regular part-time or seasonal part-time role, supporting operations at two Saco branches. The role involves assisting members with banking transactions, account services, and digital banking support, while focusing on building strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort using computers and learning new systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Nice To Haves
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience
Responsibilities
- Assist members with transactions and account questions
- Open accounts and help members with additional services
- Support online and mobile banking needs
- Resolve member issues with professionalism and care
- Work collaboratively with branch team members
