The primary role of this position is to assist members and potential members with their financial needs using Member Service techniques. To accomplish, this role must perform a variety of duties in support of branch operations including, but not limited to, opening new accounts, renting, and granting access to safe deposit boxes, processing member transactions, assisting members with lending needs, and provide assistance with their financial needs. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with all required regulations and company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) policies.
