About The Position

Engage with members and individuals in a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven contact center. Provide information about a wide range of products and services with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Handle transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts while advising members on suitable products and services.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong data entry capabilities.
  • Experience in a call center or similar high-volume, structured environment.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods.
  • Compliance with policy standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in administrative, secretary/receptionist, banking/mortgage, or high-volume retail environments.
  • Familiarity with environments such as Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, or Target.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals.
  • Provide information on products and services with active listening and engagement.
  • Perform transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, and IRAs.
  • Advise members on additional products and services that meet their needs.
  • Ensure optimal member experience and customer service in a structured environment.
