About The Position
The Bethlehem YMCA is hiring for a Member Service Representative. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to members and the community. We offer an Early Wage Access (EWA) program, allowing employees to access a portion of their earned wages on demand.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous work experience in customer service, sales, or related experience.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (must be completed within 30 days of hire).
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (must be completed within 90 days of hire).
