About The Position
We are seeking a Member Service Representative to join our team. This role offers flexibility with an Early Wage Access (EWA) program, allowing you to access a portion of your earned wages on demand. The position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, with shifts available Monday through Friday in the afternoon/evening, and on Saturdays and Sundays during morning, afternoon, and evening hours.
Requirements
- Previous work experience (1-3 years) in customer service, sales or related experience
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community
Nice To Haves
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)
Responsibilities
