About The Position

Premier Cooperative is seeking a Member Service Representative (MSR) to join its Richland Center team. The role is often one of the first points of contact for customers and helps provide friendly, dependable service while supporting the location’s day-to-day needs. The representative assists customers in person and by phone, handles transactions and account activity, maintains accurate customer records, and provides general office and administrative support. The position also involves coordinating with coworkers, departments, and locations to meet customer needs and maintaining a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment while following company safety policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in person and over the phone.
• Assist customers with questions, purchases, account information, and general needs.
• Process payments, transactions, and other customer account activity.
• Enter information accurately and maintain customer records.
• Communicate with other departments and locations to help meet customer needs.
• Assist with general office duties, filing, and administrative support.
• Work with coworkers to keep information flowing and ensure customers are taken care of.
