Position Overview As a Member Service Representative/Teller at our Plymouth Branch, you will deliver exceptional service by processing financial transactions, answering member questions, and recommending products and services based on their needs. You'll play an important role in creating positive member experiences while ensuring efficient and accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong math, communication, and computer skills.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, cash handling, or another customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with members by providing friendly, personalized service.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain balanced cash drawers while following all cash handling and security procedures.
  • Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Meet performance expectations related to service quality, accuracy, and member satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with members and teammates in person, by phone, and through email.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge and grow your career.
