Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Empathy and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
Proactive approach.
Ability to maintain flexibility.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a financial institution is preferred.
Previous related experience.
Financial institution experience.
Working knowledge of Credit Union products and services.

Responsibilities

Managing a variety of member account services with a strong emphasis on empathy and collaboration.
Maintaining stop payments.
Processing return checks and managing share drafts files.
Handling member inquiries and solving problems related to share draft accounts.
Processing payroll distribution requests.
Originating Fedline and international wires.
Maintaining member investment records.
Scanning new member applications.
Managing returned mail accounts.
Processing and distributing incoming Credit Union mail.
Correcting account issues.
Posting various general ledgers.
Punctuality and regular onsite attendance.
