Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Empathy and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team
• Punctuality and regular onsite attendance

Responsibilities

• Maintaining stop payments
• Processing return checks
• Managing share drafts files
• Handling member inquiries and solving problems related to share draft accounts
• Processing payroll distribution requests
• Originating Fedline and international wires
• Maintaining member investment records
• Scanning new member applications
• Managing returned mail accounts
• Processing and distributing incoming Credit Union mail
• Correcting account issues
• Posting various general ledgers
