About The Position

Member Service Representative II Build relationships. Find opportunities. Help members move forward. At Chief Financial Credit Union, great service starts with listening—and it grows when you recognize another way to help. A conversation about a checking account might reveal a need for a better savings option, a loan, or a digital tool that makes everyday banking easier. As a Member Service Representative II at our Dearborn branch, you’ll handle complex transactions and member concerns with confidence. You’ll also take an active role in growing member relationships: asking thoughtful questions, recommending relevant solutions, and contributing to branch and Credit Union goals. This is a senior service role without direct supervisory responsibility. You’ll serve members daily while sharing your knowledge and strong service habits with newer teammates.
