Member Service Representative I (MSR I) Location: Tomah, WI Hours: Part-time 20 hours per week About 1st Community Credit Union 1st Community Credit Union is a mid-sized, full-service financial institution committed to delivering exceptional service to our members. Position Summary We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Member Service Representative I (MSR I) to join our team at our Tomah Office . As the first point of contact for our members, this role is essential in delivering outstanding service and assisting with a variety of financial transactions. This part-time position (20 hours per week) is ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments while building a career in financial services.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist members with daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Process debit card, credit card, and change order requests
- Develop positive business relationships with new and existing members
- Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Adhere to all credit union policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Maintain strict confidentiality of member information and comply with privacy standards
- Collaborate with team members and maintain open communication across departments
