Responsibilities

• Greet members enthusiastically, model the team culture, and act as the primary liaison for traditional teller transactions and interactive teller machine (ITM) technology.
• Retain, expand, and acquire member relationships by cross-selling products, conducting courtesy calls, and meeting annual sales and relationship goals.
• Collaborate with business partners to deepen member relationships and accurately record all member interactions in the CRM system.
• Serve as the lead trainer for desk and teller line new hires within the Financial Center, providing regional support as needed.
• Perform account servicing and file maintenance while strictly adhering to credit union policies, operational risk controls, and regulatory standards (including BSA and SAFE Act).
• Demonstrate active involvement and engagement within the local community.
