Member Service Representative I

Chief Financial Credit UnionDearborn, MI
Onsite

About The Position

At Chief Financial Credit Union, working in a branch is about more than completing transactions. It’s about creating a welcoming experience and helping members feel confident about their finances. A member may stop in to make a deposit, open an account, ask about a loan payment, or get help using a digital service. Sometimes they know exactly what they need. Other times, they need someone who will listen, ask the right questions, and guide them toward the best solution. That’s where you come in. As a Member Service Representative I, you’ll be one of the first people our members see and someone they can count on for accurate transactions, helpful answers, and professional service. You’ll assist members in the branch and by phone, open and maintain accounts, and introduce products and services that can make managing their finances easier. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in getting the details right, and understands the importance of creating a positive member experience. This is an in-person role where you’ll work alongside your team and assist members face-to-face and by phone. Being present in the branch allows you to build relationships with members, learn from experienced teammates, and develop a strong understanding of Chief’s products, systems, and service expectations.
