About The Position
Directions Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Rep I (Teller) to serve members and support their everyday financial needs. The role includes greeting members, processing routine transactions accurately, answering questions, resolving problems, and recommending products and services that fit members’ needs. The representative is expected to help maintain secure, balanced, and professional operations. This is a full-time position with benefits and generous PTO starting right away. - Welcome and greet credit union members.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other everyday transactions accurately.
