Responsibilities
- Greet members when they arrive.
- Process deposits, withdrawals and other money transactions.
- Perform account maintenance for members who want to make changes.
- Open and close accounts.
- Introduce new members to credit union policies.
- Learn and follow credit union operating procedures.
- Balance cash drawers.
- Diffuse situations and help members resolve problems.
- Direct members to appropriate services and answers to questions.
- File and maintain office organization which includes cleaning.
