They can oversee multiple duties simultaneously, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, handling cash transactions, opening/closing the facility, assisting members with reservations and activities, issuing and tracking equipment/keys, documenting inquiries, maintaining membership records, and preparing coffee service. The YMCA enforces strict child abuse policies and prevention measures, requiring all staff to support these policies.
