About The Position

Columbia Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Associate (Teller) to serve members in a branch environment. The role delivers customer service, processes financial transactions, assists with account maintenance, identifies member needs, and supports members in using digital banking tools. It also involves connecting members with mortgage, insurance, and investment specialists when appropriate, while following banking regulations, security procedures, and credit union policies.

This is a full-time role requiring availability Monday through Friday and on Saturdays as scheduled. Flexibility to work at Columbia Credit Union branch locations throughout Clark County is required. The hourly pay range is $19.50–$20.00, with performance-based incentives available.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail or public-facing customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage detailed work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to meet goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Comfort learning and using multiple technology systems.
• Team-oriented attitude and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility, including Saturdays.
• Must be 18 or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members in a branch environment.
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist members with account maintenance and service requests.
• Identify member needs and recommend banking products and services.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer members to mortgage, insurance, and investment specialists when appropriate.
