Beem Credit Union is looking for a Member Service Advisor to join our Ashcroft Branch. As a Member Service Advisor at Beem, you play a vital role in driving our company's financial success. Requirements

1-3 years of job-related experience in a financial sales and service environment
Basic understanding of credit products and procedures
Knowledgeable in full range of investment products
High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice To Haves

Financial planning courses considered an asset

Responsibilities

Open accounts, process investments & lending transactions.
Conduct loan interviews and collect and compile relevant information for credit risk adjudication.
Process member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, wires, drafts, term deposits, etc.
Adhere to standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist with branch administrative duties such as outgoing cheque deposit, ATM balancing, Night Deposit, etc.
Balance treasury blotter and post transactions daily.
