About The Position
Do you have a passion for helping people? If so, we are looking to hire you for a very important position, Member Service Advisor (MSA)! Our MSA's work directly with our members each and every day, they are a strong representation of the credit union and our culture! Reliant Credit Union, ranked one of Rochester's top mid-sized workplaces eight years in a row, is seeking to add an energetic team member to support our Monroe County Branches.
Requirements
- Professional and positive attitude, with a desire to help others
- Confidence to recommend products and services
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently as well as with a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous cash handling, sales or customer service experience
- Use keyboard, monitor, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
- Lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds.
- Capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance
Responsibilities
- Provide a positive member experience.
- Perform routine member transactions in a professional, confidential, and accurate manner.
- Assure that Reliant products and services are provided to our members.
