Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
A strong passion for service and the ability to transform service experiences into relationships.
Passion for helping people and interacting with others.
Ability to adapt to fast paced, changing environments and work as part of a team to promote an efficient and effective workflow.
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Process all financial transaction requests to include cash advances, withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, and balancing.
Effectively make referrals for credit union products, educate members, and promote the use of alternative service delivery channels and services.
Actively assist the branch team in creating a meaningful member experience.
Assist with a variety of transactions and the administration of the cash management responsibilities.
