About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Member Relationship Officer (Floating) to provide exceptional service and financial guidance to our members. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on building strong relationships, identifying member needs, and delivering customized lending and banking solutions. This position will be based out of a home branch location but requires travel to support multiple branches across Northeast Wisconsin.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience
Strong interviewing and active listening skills to identify member needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven attention to detail and organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
Ability to foster a professional, friendly, and team-oriented environment
Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Previous financial industry experience with account opening and consumer lending preferred

Responsibilities

Provide members with sound financial guidance for consumer lending needs
Evaluate loan applications and make recommendations in alignment with lending policies
Open and maintain deposit accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs
Build and nurture long-term member relationships to anticipate future financial needs
Deliver exceptional member service by identifying opportunities to enhance financial well-being
Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
