About The Position

Bulkley Valley Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team. Serving over 16,000 members, the credit union prides itself on delivering high-quality, personalized service through empowered staff. The Member Relationship Manager will report to the Community Branch Manager and act as a trusted advisor, playing an essential role in assisting and advising members with their financial needs. The position involves understanding member needs, placing appropriate products and services, and delivering financial solutions including investments and small lending products to enhance member well-being. The successful candidate will be dedicated to building trust and loyalty, growing member relationships, and making sound decisions to support the credit union's growth, impact, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years financial service industry experience
  • A combination of experience and post-secondary education in areas directly related to financial services will also be considered

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably with investment and retail lending experience
