As a Member Relationship Advisor I at Navigant Credit Union, you'll be on the front lines of helping our members with their financial needs and supporting a positive and personalized experience. This role involves delivering outstanding service in-person, over the phone, and online, processing various transactions, assisting members with opening new accounts, recommending products and services, and helping with loan applications. You will also address member inquiries and concerns, maintain compliance knowledge, collaborate with colleagues and business partners, and work towards sales and service goals. Additionally, you will act as a community ambassador and manage a book of business.
