About The Position
AO Globe Life is looking for a Member Protection Specialist to help clients understand insurance options that may support their families’ financial security. You will work remotely with individuals and families, conduct needs-based conversations, and provide a helpful, professional client experience. Our team provides warm leads, online training, daily coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you develop the skills needed for long-term success.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients and schedule appointments
- Conduct virtual needs-based discussions
- Present life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
- Help clients understand coverage and available benefits
- Provide professional follow-up and answer questions
- Maintain accurate client information
- Build positive client relationships
- Attend training, coaching, and team development sessions
