About The Position

Armadin is building autonomous proactive security systems, combining security research and engineering to discover and remediate risk before organizations are breached. The Member of Technical Staff - Platform will design and build foundational systems that enable the company to serve large, demanding enterprises, including identity and access management, integration points, and extensibility for customers’ existing ecosystems.

The role owns core platform services end to end, from architecture and implementation through deployment and production operations. It focuses on scaling the platform across organizations, regions, and use cases while maintaining performance, reliability, simplicity, security, compliance readiness, and operational excellence. The role partners with product teams, security researchers, and customers to translate ambiguous enterprise requirements into well-designed infrastructure.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience building and scaling complex, data-heavy production systems.
• Deep experience designing and operating end-to-end backend systems, including services, APIs, data pipelines, and supporting infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of identity and access management, multi-tenancy, enterprise integrations, or platform extensibility.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguous, fast-changing problems with a high degree of ownership.
• Ability to work directly with customers and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production; experience developing AI agents is a plus.
• Background in security, compliance-sensitive infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience as a founder, tech lead, or early-stage startup builder with high ownership and urgency.
• Prior experience with Python, TypeScript, React, and/or C++.

Responsibilities
