About The Position

This role involves owning and scaling the company's internal IT infrastructure across various domains including identity, devices, productivity systems, networking, and business applications. The position requires designing and implementing identity and access management systems, leading company-wide IT initiatives, and building/automating IT operations. The individual will manage endpoint infrastructure, partner with other teams, evaluate SaaS platforms, establish IT policies, maintain security controls, and support security initiatives. Troubleshooting complex IT issues and collaborating with a team focused on building general-purpose Physical AI are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and operating IT infrastructure in fast-growing startups or technical organizations
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar systems
• Experience leading domain migrations, email administration, SSO deployments, and SaaS application integrations
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages
• Experience managing endpoint fleets through MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, Intune, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, corporate infrastructure, and cloud environments
• Experience administering and integrating modern workplace tools such as Slack, GitHub, Notion, Atlassian products, Google Workspace, and productivity platforms
• Working knowledge of security best practices across identity management, endpoint security, access controls, and infrastructure operations
• Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and build systems from zero to scale
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, networking, and SaaS environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience supporting engineering-heavy organizations, AI companies, robotics companies, or high-growth startups
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar security and operational standards

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the company's internal IT infrastructure across identity, devices, productivity systems, networking, and business applications
• Design and implement identity and access management systems, including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and role-based access controls across platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and other internal tools
• Lead company-wide IT initiatives including domain migrations, email infrastructure, device management, application integrations, and employee onboarding/offboarding workflows
• Build and automate IT operations through scripting, workflow automation, and infrastructure tooling
• Manage endpoint infrastructure across macOS, Linux, and Windows environments, including device provisioning, compliance, and lifecycle management
• Partner closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to deploy and support internal systems that enable company growth and productivity
• Evaluate, implement, and manage business-critical SaaS platforms and vendor relationships
• Establish scalable IT policies, processes, and documentation to support a rapidly growing organization
• Maintain foundational security controls across identity, endpoints, networks, and corporate systems
• Support security initiatives including access reviews, incident response, vulnerability remediation, and security awareness programs
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues across hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based systems
• Collaborate with a team of driven individuals committed to building general-purpose Physical AI
